Sport is a highly valued program at Taroom State School. As well as the annual swimming and athletics carnivals, students are able to participate in sport at various levels including Miles & District, Southwest and beyond.
House teams at Taroom State School are Dawson (green) and Leichhardt (yellow). House captains have the responsibility to lead the school carnivals and present sports messages on Parade.
